You may not reproduce, counterfeit, redistribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or character designs without express written permission.

3. Made-to-Order Products & Color Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and print placement of our garments. Because computer and mobile screens vary and each garment is custom printed or embroidered to order, slight variations in color tone or seam alignment (within industry tolerance) may occur. Any manufacturing defect or misprint is 100% covered under our 30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping address information for all purchases made at our store so that we can fulfill your order promptly and contact you if needed.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
